Bot Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Word Bomb Dictionary Bot. By adding or using the bot in your server, you agree to the following.

1.What the Bot Does

On your servers: When you add the bot to your Discord server, it provides word search functionality. Server administrators can set up search channels where users can look up words from the Word Bomb dictionary. The bot tracks how many searches are made per server. That’s it — the bot does not do anything else on your server.

On Word Bomb’s official server: The bot has additional features including player statistics, role management, voice channel controls, moderation tools (tickets, reports, mod notes), word suggestions, dictionary contributions, and more. These features only work on the official Word Bomb Discord server.

2.The Bot Does Not Read Your Messages

The bot does not read, store, or monitor general messages on your server. It only processes messages sent in designated search channels that your server admin has configured. Your conversations are yours — the bot doesn’t care about them.

3.Fair Use

Please use the bot as intended. Don’t:

Spam bot commands
Attempt to exploit or abuse bot features
Use the bot to harass other users
Use the bot to cheat in the game or gain an unfair advantage

We reserve the right to restrict bot access for servers or users that violate these guidelines.

4.Availability

The bot is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. There may be downtime for updates, maintenance, or unexpected issues. We’re not liable for any disruptions.

5.Changes

We may update these terms or the bot’s features at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
